Mr. Yao Mumin

Mr. Yao Mumin is a renowned figure in the Chinese real estate industry. He is currently the Chief Advisor and Managing Partner of the Global Innovation Industry Department at Kotler Marketing Group China. 

Mr. Yao co-founded Vanke Real Estate with Mr. Wang Shi and also served as the general manager of Vanke Real Estate. Later, he held several key positions in various companies, including CITIC Real Estate, Pearl River Real Estate, and Jiazhaoye Real Estate. 

In 2011, Mr. Yao joined Kotler China, where he was responsible for consulting projects and research in urban development strategy department. Some of the projects he has been involved in include the comprehensive development of Block D11 at the Shanghai World Expo, the strategic development of the West Sea Health Resort in Lushan, Jiangxi, and the transformation and development strategy of the Zhangzhou port city of China Merchants Group.
